My friend contacted me, as her mum wanted some portraits doing before she celebrated a special birthday. I traveled over to her home in Leamington Spa in October, with far too much stuff, and these are the images that resulted. Angela is a really funky, glamourous lady, and I hope that comes across in the images. I really hope they like them.

Justin and Lucy welcomed Joshua on September 10th. I’ll confess, we had to abandon our first attempt because Joshua, being a typical boy, managed to soil more or less every blanket and prop I brought with me. Much more successful the second time round though, and he is just gorgeous!

She’s here! Jade and Lewis welcomed Brooke on July 2nd, and I got to take pictures of her when she was just 8 days old. This was my first ever newborn shoot, and I was pretty nervous, but thankfully Brooke is a little angel.

I had the pleasure of photographing Jade and Lewis a few months before their daughter arrived. After starting at their home, we decided to venture out, and what a result we had, with the beautiful yellow fields.

I had the honour last year of being asked to photograph the wedding of two of my friends. Justin and Lucy got married at beautiful Coombe Abbey Hotel. We had a bit of a battle with the weather. In the morning it was sunny and warm, but by the time we went outside to take pictures, we could hear thunder in the distance. Thankfully my friend Nathan helped me organise all the groups, and we got all the photos done in record time, and the rain held off all day!

When people say “what did you do for your wedding anniversary?” I guess the answer isn’t often “photographed a wedding”, but on 24th August 2013, my 5th wedding anniversary, I had the pleasure of capturing Dave and Shelley’s special day in Northampton.
